Mariah Driggers, MA, LAMFT

Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

I’m Mariah Driggers, a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Family Therapy from Mercer University’s School of Medicine. Since 2021, I’ve been dedicated to guiding individuals, couples, and families through their mental health challenges. My approach is centered on understanding each person as a whole—considering their unique backgrounds, strengths, and personal experiences—to create a therapy plan tailored just for them.

I have extensive experience helping clients address a variety of issues, including anxiety, childhood behavior struggles, relationship difficulties, depression, gender identity, grief, life transitions (both later-life and midlife), men’s and women’s issues, postpartum depression and anxiety, and trauma/PTSD. To support my clients’ healing and growth, I utilize a combination of evidence-based techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Couples/Marital Counseling, Exposure Therapy, Family Therapy, and Mindfulness, among others. These methods allow me to explore and address the thought patterns and behaviors that may be keeping you from living life to its fullest potential.

I believe that a strong therapeutic alliance is the foundation for meaningful change. By working together, I aim to empower you with the tools and confidence to navigate life’s challenges and achieve lasting well-being. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, providing a supportive and inspiring environment for growth and healing. When I’m not in session, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and soaking in the outdoors.
